Materials: Premium satin threads and gold-tone metal chain
Our neoprene products can be hand washed with mild soap and water. Then hung to drip dry. Please note that if a bag comes in contact with clothing dye, oil, makeup or other soiling agents, those stains will not be able to be removed with washing.
Product Damages
If you have a problem with your order or have a damaged item, please email sales@bazarishop.com, include the date of purchase and photos of your item.
Currently, order processing time is between 4 and 7 working days. Orders can be cancelled
within the first 24 hours of making the purchase. After that, we can’t guarantee cancellation.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bazarishop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
