RETURN POLICY
Currently, order processing time is between 4 and 7 working days. Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours of making the purchase. After that, we can’t guarantee cancellation.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at bazari.customer@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
To make an exchange, we suggest returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We only accept refunds of pieces that have a fabrication defect.
We don’t offer guarantees on our products but we take responsibility for any proven fabrication defect, in the 1st month after receiving your purchase. Please check your package as soon as you receive it, to check there’s no defect, damage or that you’ve received the wrong product. Contact us immediately if you find any of the mentioned issues.
We’re not responsible for bad product care. If any of our products gets in contact with clothing dye, bleacher, oil, polish remover, makeup or any other abrasive substance, those stains will not be able to be removed with washing. Also, we’re not responsible for bad product use.
